What this job sheet lists

Peptides Jobs is a job sheet built on a single idea: functional roles by class — what each peptide's job actually is, rather than which chemical family it happens to sit in. Despite the name, this is not an employment site; 'Jobs' means the biological work each compound performs.

Five peptides are on the sheet, one to each distinct role: KPV (anti-inflammatory signaling at the gut lining), MOTS-c (mitochondrial metabolic signaling), PT-141 (central sexual-desire signaling), retatrutide (whole-body metabolic hormone regulation), and thymosin alpha-1, the lead line (adaptive immune-system priming). Each gets its own page; a comparison page ranks all five side by side; one shared references list gathers every source used across the site.

The five stand at very different rungs of the evidence ladder, and the sheet marks that plainly rather than papering over it: two are backed by large human randomized trials (one FDA-approved, the other approved only abroad), one is mid-stage investigational with Phase 2 complete and Phase 3 ongoing, and two have never been tested in a human clinical trial at all. That difference is no footnote — keeping it honest is the whole reason the sheet exists.

How the sheet is filled in

Three rules govern every entry. First, each research claim is keyed to a numbered citation — peer-reviewed journal articles, clinical-trial publications, and review articles, collected on the references page. Second, the evidence is entered at its actual strength: a finding is logged in the species, sample size, and phase it was studied in, and a Phase 2 result is never written up as though it weighed the same as an approved-drug label. Third, where community members describe an effect from personal use, that material is kept plainly apart from the cited literature and marked as anecdotal — never blended into the cited finding above it.

What the job sheet is not

A job sheet lists work; it is no pharmacy, clinic, telehealth platform, or vendor of any kind. It sells, supplies, sources, and brokers nothing, and holds no affiliate or referral tie to any pharmaceutical company, telehealth provider, or research-chemical vendor. It puts no dose, schedule, or route forward for any person.

Where a compound is legally reachable only through a licensed prescriber (as with bremelanotide/PT-141), only within a registered clinical trial (as with retatrutide), only outside the United States (as with thymosin alpha-1), or purely as a laboratory research chemical with no approved human use at all (as with KPV and MOTS-c), that distinction is stated plainly on its page.
